Orders placed by 12:00 noon PST Monday – Friday typically ship within 24 hours. Weekend shipping service is not available. Orders placed on Friday after noon (Pacific) – Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Orders shipped to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO will ship using standard shipping only.

SALES TAX INFORMATION
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale. The tax may be reported and paid on your individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return. For more information, please visit your state's department of revenue website.
The Good Collective Inc. collects sales tax in California and states where we have physical presence (or nexus).
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We will gladly accept returns of an item in original condition within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. We will credit the full price of the item (less S&H) once the returned item is received.
Body Jewelry is a final sale and is not returnable. However, we do realize that there will be certain exceptions. If you do have an exception please read the following information needed prior to returning items. The Good Collective Inc. is not responsible for replacement of jewelry damaged by misuse, improper care, or for jewelry ordered in the wrong size, style or material for your piercing. We do not replace jewelry that has been stripped or cracked by over-tightening. Alcohol cleaning will damage your body jewelry and we are unable to replace jewelry that has been damaged due to alcohol cleaning. Also, threaded balls on all jewelry should be checked often to make sure they have not come loose. Dangling items must be checked regularly for tightness as they can come loose over time.
How to Return
To make a return, please send the item(s) you wish to return along with a copy of the original invoice/packing slip with instructions to “Return for Refund”. The Good Collective Inc. will refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment. If you receive a defective item due to a Manufacturer Defect, send the item(s) within 10 days along with a copy of the original invoice/packing slip with instructions to “Defective”.

Packaging for Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs on returns. Ship your return in a padded envelope or box by US Post or UPS. We recommend requesting delivery confirmation so you know we have received your package. If we don’t receive the product, we cannot issue a refund.
